{Recipe} Hummus & Veggie Pinwheels

I've been on a "roll" lately with my recipes! This probably doesn't even count as a recipe, it's so easy.
 You'll need wraps and/or tortillas, hummus and your favorite veggies.
 Spread the hummus over the wrap and add veggies. I used spinach, red cabbage, roasted red peppers, carrots and red onion.
 Roll the tortilla up into a log shape with the seam side down.
 Slice into pieces.
 Spear with toothpicks to hold them together.
Arrange on a plate (or not) and you're done. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.  They are best served within a few hours of making.Pin It
